"December 2009. I purchased a new 2010 Aprila RSV4 R motorcycle this month at Pat Clark Motorsports. This is the second bike I have purchased at Pat Clark. I own some other motorcycles and visit the Pat Clark every Saturday to see what is new. When I first saw the RSV4 in the showroom, I instantly liked the looks. I had no intension on making any bike purchase anytime soon. To my surprise, Troy Smith (store manager) and Gus Albertine (sales) smiled at me and said Jay you need to take it for a ride. Needless to say the following week I took the bike out for a test ride and the rest is history. I purchased the bike. Prior to deliver Irish (mechanic) went over all the controls, and some of the aftermarket parts available for the bike. Later the same week Pat Clark delivered the bike to my house ready to ride. They removed all the stickers I wanted off the bike, set up the sag and suspension based upon my weight and riding style, and installed the aftermarket accessory I also purchased for the bike. The entire sales transaction, bike set up and delivery were all very enjoyable experiences. I would recommend Pat Clark to anyone looking to purchase a new bike. PS. How many dealers do you know that will permit you to take a test ride on a new motorcycle just like a car dealership. This is one of the many unique offerings at Pat Clark. I call it fly before you buy. "

"Been a long time fan of the Thruxton, went in to buy one, and the experience was pleasant. Gus in sales was friendly, knowledgeable, and down right just a good guy. I never felt uncomfortable while there. While there, I delt with Eric, Fabian, Art and Chuck, and they all were friendly and professional. "Pat Clark Motorsports rocks!!! I have NEVER had such a great experience at a motorcycle dealership. I live in southern Arizona, and although there is a Triumph dealership located about 90 miles from me (Tucson), a friend of mine suggested that I call Troy Smith at Pat Clark Motorsports for any parts I may need for my 2005 Triumph Tiger. I have called Troy a few times and found him to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly locates the part(s) that I need and ships them to me here in Arizona. This past week I found myself in Las Vegas with a faulty stator on the Triumph. I met with Troy who immediately remembered me from our telephone conversations. When he found out that I was on the road, just passing through Vegas, he made sure that I was taken care of by the service department. Service writer, Chuck Wygall, was extremely polite and efficient in getting my motorcycle into the service bay. Your technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty stator. Although you did not have one in stock, Troy looked to see if he could "borrow" one from another bike in stock to get me home. Having found none, Troy ordered the part, and I told him that I would fly back to Las Vegas when the repairs were complete. (He offered to pick me up the airport) I just wanted you all to known that although mechanical problems are never pleasant, your entire staff was. Well done you!!!! Thank you very much. Brian "

"OK 2nd attribute,, YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST...the best perfect in everyway. I have never been so into a mc shop.. I have been doing business with you guys almost 2 yrs, bought my victory from you when you were the dealer, wish you didnt give it up... I still bring my vic in for what ever it needs, Chuck my mechanic is the only one allowed to touch it. (period) I have never left there dissatisfied, or unhappy, and thats a lot more then i can say for other local shops,(I own a victory and a yamaha do the math). They answer any and all of my questions and are always happy to do so. and the parts dept, Tiffany she is one of the best, she makes everything happen for my vic, I know sometimes im a pain in the (ASS) but they make me feel like family. Chuck keeps that vic perfect, I have never been over charged for anything in fact sometimes I leave there thinking why did they do it so cheap?/???, I bought a used bike for my girlfriend , took it straight to them to hook it up and they did, they even gave me a greeat discount on the work they did, cheaper then the yamaha dealer i bought it from. thay really know about customer service, friendship and they have the knowledge to work on everything. the staff there is unbelieveable. I woulndt take my bike or my girlfriends anywhere else. would i refer them ? you bet and always do . thought i had a lil problem with them once got all excited went down there all upset, for nothing, almost made a fool of myself and within minutes problem solved even better then i expected. what can i say, if your not dealing with PAT CLARK MS your dealing with the wrong company. I have spent so much money there in the thousands and im damn glad i did. MONEY WELL SPENT. completely satisfied. Mr. Clark you have a team there thats stands above all, i have been a mc rider for 40yrs I have never been treated as well. my only regret is i didnt buy my new pickup truck from you. To all the staff at Pat Clark Motorsports, once again thankyou in everyway. "18 August 07 I came in to the showroom expecting to get the "Hi, how are you today?" and the, "what will it take to get your money into my pockets?" crap like that...Well, that didn't happen...far from it...My wife and I had time to check out every Big Dog on the showroom floor...twice! Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mike...No only is this guy an encyclopedia of information on bikes in general, but on the Bid Dog models specifically...Know, I even know what's coming out in 08', but what the differences are going to be between the bikes!... I'm definitely coming back to pick up my 07' Mastiff, (the red one, so hands off!!!). If the customer service is as great in the back office / service department, as is was on the showroom floor, I'll become a lifetime customer!!! Not only did Mike take the time to answer all my stupid questions, but he even suggested what kind of bike fit me best...turns out, the bike we decided on was the least expensive of the group...sales pressure to buy a more expensive bike was never a factor. Putting the customer first...now there a novel idea...and Pat Clark's Motorsports is about customer service... Thanks Mike...Can't wait to pick up my new Big Dog!!! "The Sales Department found away to take my 2006 BMW R1150R in trade for a new red 2006 Ducati 999. I only owned the BMW for 6 months but it just wasn't the experience I wanted from a motorcycle. The Ducati 999 was everything I had hoped a motorcycle would be for me. Service has been awesome. I came in on a Saturday once and needed a new brake handle put on so I could actually ride the Ducati safely on the road at high speed. I asked if they had time--"Done"! Before I left that Saturday afternoon I had them put on another $400 in new accessories!In April of 2007 a buddy at work borrowed my 999 (claiming he knew how to ride one) and promptly wrecked it. Dan and Mike in Service lovingly restored my 999 to a blood red gorgeous "ready-to-ride" sport's machine. I just came back from a one week motorcycle trip to Hollister, California. A total of 1500 miles of riding and the 999 ran perfectly at all speeds, in very hot weather, and for long periods of time. Go Pat Clark --Ducati!"

"First I would like to say you guys are the greatest. thanks MATT for everything in getting me finac. "I am usually the first to complain when I have bad service so I felt I should voice my opinion when I get great service. I was involved in an accident with my Victory Vegas and in need of repair. Being the only Victory shop in Vegas I took my bike to P.C. Motorsports. I can't say how happy I did. From the time I dropped my bike off untill the time I picked it up I was treated like a king. I would like to thank your service dept. for a job well done. Dan and Chuck went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work they performed on my bike. Christina in parts knew what I needed handled all my purchases quickly and without any mistakes. I hope that mangement at Pat Clark Motorsports appreciates the team they have as much as I do. "My 2007 Moto Griso broke down on I-15N in downtown Las Vegas the day after Thanksgiving. I was stopped in a really bad place. I called Dan Gladen, Service Mgr. He personally came and picked me and the bike up. The then took me home which was 25 miles away and then took the bike back to the shop. This is what I call first class service. Dan turned a bad situation into a hassle free experience. I have since installed a aftermarket exhaust at Pat Clark and I am currently getting additional accessories installed. I have such confidence in Dan that I told him what I wanted to do and I have left it to his judgement to find and install the correct aftermarket parts. You many people would trust a dealer to determine what is best for your bike. All I can say is that if you do business at Pat Clark Motorsports will get good maintenance support with the confidence they will treat you bike like their own and do a great job at a fare price. "
